How It Works
After each IronPigs game B&B selects a Pig of the Game. This is the player who had the best night at the plate, on the mound, or maybe the guy who made a key play during a crucial part of the ballgame. The MVP in other words. Everyone who played that night is eligible including rehabbing players.

At the end of each week readers have the opportunity to select a Pig of the Week. The poll opens after the final out of Sunday's game and closes Monday nights at 7:05.
Scoring
A Pig of the Game honor is with one point while winning Pig of the Week earns a player two points. At the end of the season the player with the most points will be named Pig of the Year.

In the event of a tie, the player with the most Pig of the Week wins among those tied will take home the crown. If two or more players have the same number of Pig of the Week wins and are tied atop the overall points list, a separate poll will open for fans to select the Pig of the Year from those tied.
